Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of contact supervisors on the Central Coast, NSW! As a key member of the senior team in your region, you'll have significant autonomy and decision-making capacity while serving as a vital advisor to the Centre Manager. With responsibilities ranging from providing supervision and leadership in your program area to managing the interface with clients and external customers, this role requires flexibility, initiative, and top-notch organizational skills.

- $50-51 p/h + super + salary packaging
- 4 days p/w 28 hours

- Ensure effective delivery of high-quality services to clients/ customers, including the provision of quality services via staff clinical supervision and program facilitation, the monitoring of intake procedures, case allocation, customer service and client complaints
- Promote a client centred service culture and contribute to the implementation and evaluation of strategic business and project plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant funding agreements, legislation and regulatory requirements
- Manage the program in line with the customer service business plan and organisation strategic goals
- Support and develop practitioners, supervise their work and ensure workloads are managed
- Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience providing supervised contact between children and families
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work with senior managers to ensure effectively delivery of service
- Full Australian drivers license and current Working with Children’s Check
