Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum

Are you looking to enhance your career within one of Australia's largest Child and Family organisations? Our Client is currently seeking a new leader to join their Early Intervention Program based in Campbelltown. As an experienced and motivated leader, you will support your team to upskill and enhance quality service delivery.
This role will involve;
  • Engage, explore and build on appropriate models of service delivery that work effectively with Aboriginal, CALD and refugee populations in the surrounding region.
  • Lead the early intervention team and encourage the development and use of appropriate evidence-based models
  • Manage the operation of a range of programs to ensure they meet funding requirements and the needs and expectations of families and stakeholders
  • Manage all referrals coming into the program and allocate accordingly to caseworkers 
  • Provided 1:1 and group supervision to staff
They are looking for candidates with leadership experience in Child Protection, Foster Care, Family Preservation or Domestic and Family Violence 

The requirements for this role include;
  • Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership or mentorship role in a social care setting
  • Minimum 3 years case management experience in Child Protection, Foster Care, Family Preservation, Domestic Violence or Clinical Child and Family settings
  • NSW Driver’s License
