Senior Case Manager

Location: Sydney
Area: Parramatta & Western Suburbs
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $84,000 - $96,000 per annum

Our Client is currently seeking an experienced case manager to join their team in Western Sydney! You will work directly with children and families under an Early Intervention framework to support and enhance safety and stability for children, young people and families and prevent entry into Out of Home Care.
  
This role will involve;
  • Use a strengths based approach to case planning
  • Understand and implement a life course approach to service delivery
  • Conduct comprehensive screening and assessments
  • Provide referral and information to lock in essential support for families
  • Ensure Aboriginal and CALD families and people with disabilities have access to services and agency to determine the way support is provided to them
  • Attend functions, team meetings, seminars and training courses
They are looking for candidates with case management experience with children and families

The requirements for this role include;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • At least 3 years case management experience in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Early Intervention or Domestic Violence
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce clear and concise reports
  • A strong understanding of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 requirements
  • NSW Driver's License
