Caseworker
Location: SydneyArea: CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $85,000 - $88,000 per annum
Our client is seeking registered Social Workers to support vulnerable children, youth and families across the eastern suburbs of Sydney!

Our client offers opportunities to work in family support services, youth services or mental health and provide case management, assessment and therapeutic intervention to improve the lives of clients.

This role will involve;
- Provide case management services to clients and develop care plans that support their needs
- Conduct initial comprehensive psycho-social assessments of clients and develop case plans
- Empower clients to access services and support networks independently
- Advocate for clients where appropriate
- Implement and maintain Service Agreement Plans
- Work with the participants to complete pre-planning documentation for the NDIS
- Undertake home and community visits
The requirements for this role include;
- Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Demonstrated case management experience with youth who are experiencing mental health concerns
- Ability to assess client needs and develop case plans
- Current Australian driver's license and Working with Children's Check
