Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking case managers to join a dynamic and respected organisation providing crucial services to children and young people in care in Orange, NSW!

 Your role will be to provide all aspects of case management for Aboriginal young people, their families and foster/kinship carers. You will work collaboratively with families and community stakeholders to assess and work towards permanency for each young person. This includes helping them build connections in the community and assisting them towards independent living.

Requirements;
  • Diploma in Community Welfare
  • Experience working with vulnerable members of the community
  • Practical skills in producing case notes and documentation
  • An understanding of the needs of Aboriginal children and young people in care
  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence and valid Working with Children’s Check
