Our Client is currently seeking a Social Worker to join their team in Sydney's Bondi Junction! As an experienced Social Worker you will work collaboratively with relevant services to provide case management and therapeutic interventions to support vulnerable families across Sydney.
This role will involve;
  • Crisis intervention and case management for vulnerable children and families
  • Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development 
  • Provide holistic support to families experiencing loss or disruption, illness, isolation, domestic violence or parenting challenges
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to allocate appropriate services to clients
  • Monitor and respond to child protection concerns according to NSW Child Protection legislation
They are looking for candidates with a minimum Bachelor of Social Work and 2 years casework experience.

The requirements for this role include;
  • Bachelor of Social Work 
  • AASW registration highly desired
  • 2 years demonstrated casework experience with vulnerable families
  • Ability to assess needs, identify strengths and develop case plans 
  • Knowledge of current legislation and the impact this has on clients
