A Day in Your New Role
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with tenants and landlords, enriching their lives.
  • Oversee and manage a dynamic property portfolio.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to tenants in managing their arrears effectively.
  • Conduct periodic inspections, including ingoing and outgoing assessments.
  • Facilitate support and solutions for tenancy repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle lease sign-ups with compassion and empathy.
  • Resolve tenancy issues by representing at NCAT hearings.
  • Contribute to the growth of thriving communities by supporting our tenants.

What You'll Need to Begin This Journey
  • Demonstrated residential and tenancy management experience.
  • Certificate IV or higher in Social Housing or a related field (desirable).
  • Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles.
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Possess a current Driver's License.
  • Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check.
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS check.
