A Day in Your New Role
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with tenants and landlords, enriching their lives.
- Oversee and manage a dynamic property portfolio.
- Offer guidance and assistance to tenants in managing their arrears effectively.
- Conduct periodic inspections, including ingoing and outgoing assessments.
- Facilitate support and solutions for tenancy repairs and maintenance.
- Handle lease sign-ups with compassion and empathy.
- Resolve tenancy issues by representing at NCAT hearings.
- Contribute to the growth of thriving communities by supporting our tenants.

- Proficiency in tenancy management systems is a plus.

What You'll Need to Begin This Journey
- Demonstrated residential and tenancy management experience.
- Certificate IV or higher in Social Housing or a related field (desirable).
- Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Possess a current Driver's License.
- Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check.
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS check.
