Location: Sydney

Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $88,000 - $93,600 per annum

Our client is seeking a Team Leader who can inspire and coordinate their enthusiastic team in Macquarie Park. You will provide leadership to Group Facilitators and Relationship Educators as well as offering support services to clients.

This role will involve;
  • Provide coordination, supervision and leadership in a variety of program areas
  • Conduct effective case consultation and clinical supervision with staff
  • Facilitate therapeutic and educational learning group programs which address the wellbeing of individuals, couples, families and communities
  • Deliver counselling services and psychosocial interventions
The requirements for this role include;
  • A degree qualification in human service areas such as Psychology, Social Work or relevant tertiary qualification and specific therapeutic group work training
  • Experience delivering group work or working as an educator
  • Experience conducting supervision and/or clinical supervision is desirable 
  • Extensive knowledge of Family Violence and demonstrated understanding of Family Violence issues
  • Clinical expertise in group work program areas
  • Unrestricted drivers license and access to your own vehicle
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
