As a Candidate Resourcer, this role will involve:
  • Developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
  • Creating and implementing marketing materials such as LinkedIn posts and job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Utilizing various tools and resources such as databases, job boards, and professional networks to find and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates, and arranging follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensuring that all candidates are compliant with the company’s policies and that the candidate database is kept up-to-date.
  • Building and maintaining a professional network within the industry to stay informed of new talent and potential candidates.
  • Actively seeking referrals from existing candidates and building a strong referral network.
  • Working collaboratively with the internal recruitment team and contributing to wider team and organizational activities.

The requirements for this role include:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment, professional services, HR, or service-based role or at least 3 years of experience within a relevant industry.
  • Strong ability to influence and negotiate with candidates in regards to shortlisting, interviews, and salary.
  • The ability to make decisions based on facts and the ability to uncover relevant information and discuss appropriate course of action with the manager as appropriate.
