Our client, a leading provider of disability services on the east coast of Australia, is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join their dynamic and dedicated team in far west NSW, With a purpose to support people to live the life they want and choose, our client puts their customers first and is committed to providing the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Bringing your passion and energy to the table, you'll assess the communication needs of both kids and adults with dynamic assessments and investigation processes.
  • Building strong relationships with families, you'll respect their unique styles and celebrate their strengths and capabilities.
  • With a mission to empower families, you'll provide them with vital information and support to make informed decisions. You'll write inspiring assessment reports and make comprehensive recommendations to elevate the level of care.
  • Jumping at the chance to make a difference, you'll participate in creating, executing, and evaluating personalized service plans, including speech and language goals. Your dynamic individual and group intervention sessions will promote learning through play and active participation for both kids and adults, in both center and home-based settings.
  • You'll be a key player in developing and regularly evaluating specialist programs as a team player. Offering continuous support, education, and resources to families and carers, you'll facilitate successful integration and inclusion of children and adults into existing programs.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree qualification – Speech Pathology
  • Unrestricted driver’s license
  • SPA Registration
  • Can do attitude

Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
