Speech Pathologist

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum

Our Client is well established Not-For-Profit provider based in Western Sydney who focuses on providing exceptional support and top-level care to participants. Work for a company who offers real flexibility with extra paid leave for up to 7 weeks annually for fulltime staff.

This role will involve;
  
  • Provide high-quality Speech Therapy assessments and intervention for clients in school environments and community settings.
  • Developing and implementing plans that fit individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families and supporting networks to improve effectiveness and drive positive outcomes
  • Mentor and develop internal staff directly and work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a supportive environment
  • Work within the NDIS funding framework and meet compliance and quality standards
The requirements for this role include;
  
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification and current SPA membership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to improve the quality of life for clients
  • Willingness to learn and develop the team of allied health assistants
  • Must have a valid, full drivers' licence.
  • Vaccinations as required by relevant public health order
  
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children, first aid and CPR certification, verified NDIS worker screening check and undertaking a National police check.
