Registered Nurse- Vietnamese

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading welfare service provider with a focus on servicing migrant communities across NSW and is currently recruiting for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join their team based in north-west Sydney.
This role will involve;

  • Providing support and clinical skills to members within the home, under the Home Care Package (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Work with service recipients to develop care plans taking into account the recipients goals and needs
  • Promote the home ageing services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The requirements for this role include;
  • A strong understanding of the needs of people within the community
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on person centered care
  • A current driver license and car
  • A tertiary qualification Nursing
  • You must be registered with AHPRA – with no conditions
  • Vaccinations as required by relevant public health order
  • Fluent speaking in Vietnamese 
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
