Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum

Our Client is growing in the Illawarra region, servicing a range of clients across the lifespan working in Aged Care facilities and the community. With a focus on working with the team to develop the regions and offer the best quality care to participants. This company is very team orientated and enjoys sharing knowledge and skills across the multidisciplinary team.

This role will involve;

  • Managing a caseload of patients and delivering evidence-based practices to undertake assessment, diagnosis and management of adult and paediatric clients using a range of tools and equipment.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team of allied health professionals, to provide a multidisciplinary care plan, to improve a person’s health.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with your patients, in addition to their families, carers and other external service providers.
  • Providing clinical care to your patients with a view to maximising their functional capacity, achieving their goals, and optimising their health, function and independence long term.
The requirements for this role include;
  • Degree qualified- Physiotherapist
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated clinical experience
  • Current drivers license and own vehicle
