Occupational Therapist

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per annum

Our Client is well established and growing NDIS and aged care provider based in NSW who focus on providing exceptional support and leadership to staff in turn giving them the ability to provide top level care to participants. This role will involve;


  • Provide high quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for clients in a community-based setting
  • Developing and implementing plans that fit individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS participants, families and supporting networks to improve effectiveness and drive positive outcomes
  • Ensure cohesive service delivery and follow up, coordinating and communicating as required with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work within the funding framework and meet compliance and quality standards
  • Evaluating the requirement for modifications and writing equipment prescription
The requirements for this role include;

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification and current AHPRA membership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to improve the quality of life for clients
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job with mentoring from colleagues and management
  • Must have a valid, full drivers' licence.
  • Vaccinations as required by relevant public health order
Additional Information 

  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children, first aid and CPR certification, verified NDIS worker screening check and undertaking a National police check.
