Occupational Therapist- Online Delivery

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
Our Client is seeking a candidate who can utilise their extensive hands-on experience to assess and make recommendations around self-care and life skills, aids, equipment, home modifications and manual handling. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of allied health professionals to deliver services to clients.

This role will involve;
- Supporting clients with complex needs, including environmental modification, equipment prescription, sensory assessment and therapy, and helping with life skills and motor skills, using evidence-based practice
- Develop case notes, complete assessments and reporting as required for the NDIS using CRM platform
- Maintain effective and regular communication with stakeholders
- Management and prioritisation of people with highly complex needs
- Work with a team of allied health professionals and communicate effectively to provide quality service
- Attend and participate in case conferences and team meetings where required
- Make appropriate referrals to internal and external services
- Work closely with clients to implement their individualised NDIS plan and access supports available to them via mixed delivery modes.
The requirements for this role include;
- Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy with AHPRA registration
- At least 1 years of practical experience in providing OT services in disability, aged care or rehabilitation setting, including knowledge of Restrictive Practices guidelines

- Must have current clear national criminal record check

Additional Information
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
