Occupational Therapist- NDIS Service Provider

Area: All Perth
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum

Our Client, is a growing NDIS provider with a focus on providing exceptional care and personalised service to all their clients. Work for a company who provide real flexibility, real understand and support to all staff- so all staff can provide exceptional therapeutic support to clients.  
  

This role will involve;

  • Focusing on patients and delivering services within the budget the does not compromise participants needs.
  • Providing quality consultations and ensuring therapeutic services are delivered by the team
  • Team management- working with the team to ensure operations KPI’s are reached and exceeded
  • Working with management to participate in Clinical Governance, Risk Assessment, WHS activities on an ongoing regular basis
  • Partnering with management and providing consultation on clinical matters

The requirements for this role include;
  • AHPRA registered  – Occupational Therapist
  •  Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong understanding of services within the NDIS
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent time management skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • A genuine love for what you do
  
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including NDIS worker screening check and undertaking a National police check.
