Clinical Assessment and Learning Coordinator

This role will involve;

  • Coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects
  • Identify skills gaps within the team and work with Managers to upskill the consumer facing team.
  • Work with case managers to review clients for their admission and annual assessments as well a occasionally assessing clinical issues in our HCP client community.
  • Prepare ADS annual learning and development plan in consultation with Senior manager and other Managers/Team Leaders
  •  Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house)
  • Develop and deliver annual mandatory in-house trainings and ensure full completion within targeted timeframe and provide timely and accurate updates to Managers.
  • Develop and deliver on-site induction program for community care worker and conduct annual competence assessment ( clinical and personal care)
  • Manage staff training and records files
  • Manage statutory training requirements through regular reporting and scheduling of training to meet legislative requirements
The requirements for this role include;
  • Current unrestricted with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and experience in adulteducation/training and/or Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
  • Previous experience working with people from a CALD background
  • Effective communication skills, and can speak, understand and write in English very well
  • Tech-savvy - can confidently use a smartphone and a computer, and can teach others.
  • COVID 19 Vaccinated (3 doses)
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
