Regional Service Manager (NDIS)

Location: Regional QLD
Area: Sunshine Coast
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Our client, a privately held social enterprise that aims to make a positive impact by investing in vital community services, is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Service Manager to join their team based on the Sunshine Coast QLD. 

This role will involve:
  • Overseeing support services across the Sunshine Coast region
  • Maximizing client satisfaction through leading a team that provides quality services essential for attracting, retaining and providing care to NDIS customers
  • Setting the culture of the staff as well ensuring that all clients are provided the highest quality care and services under the relevant funding and regulations.
  • Working closely with colleagues in a harmonious manner and liaising effectively with external support services
The requirements for this role include:
  • A self-motivated, confident, and pro-active individual that possesses an understanding and ability to demonstrate respect, professionalism and compassion within an NDIS environment which provides assistance and support to our customers
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in overseeing service delivery within a NDIS, Disability, or Mental Health environment
  • A passion for people and for creating a harmonious and efficient working environment
  • Experience in working with people who have various life challenges
  • Experience managing teams
  • High personal, professional and ethical standards
  • A thorough understanding of the NDIS
  • Ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-faceted environment
  • Outstanding leadership ability
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)
  • Current first aid certificate, or ability to obtain
  • Yellow Card / NDIS Workers Screening Clearance - current or ability to obtain
Additional Information:
  • A number of probity checks are required including NDIS screening checks,  First Aid Certificate and undertaking a National police checks or other required checks by the organisation.
