Support Coordinator Western Sydney

Location: Sydney
Area: Parramatta & Western Suburbs
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $75 - $83,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading NFP disability organisation is currently recruiting for an experienced Support Coordinator to join their team based in Western Sydney.


This role will involve;
  • High knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Awareness of disability sector and people with disabilities.
  • Experience in providing services to participants as a Support Coordinator
  • Experience in the assessment and monitoring processes for NDIS participants including other mainstream services
  • Completed risk assessments in the workplace safety context or willingness to learn
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills including skills for Microsoft Suite
  • Commitment of working with participants within a strengths based, person-centred framework
  • Leadership skills and proven relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately and prioritise workloads
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to leverage networks
  • Australian Driver License and car.


The requirements for this role include;

  • A Cert III or Cert IV or similar.
  • At least 2-3 years experience working as a Support Coordinator
