Regional Manager - Customer Service . 12 Month Contract

Location: Regional NSW
Area: Gosford & Central Coast
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading NFP disability organisation , is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Team Lead to help empower the teams to deliver high quality person centred experiences based in the Hunter and Central Coast area 
  
This role will involve;
  • Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement and development
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships
  • Establish, develop and manage the operational needs and ongoing development of services within the region 
  • Lead and manage staff performance and development to build teams of motivated and skilled employees delivering excellent customer service
The requirements for this role include;
  • Most importantly a passion for supporting people with a disability and the quality of service they receive
  • The ability to build and maintain effective community connections and relationships
  • Thorough understanding of risk management and WHS requirements
  • Excellent people leadership skills 
  • Amazing communication skills - written and verbal . 
  • A tertiary qualification within Social Care 
  • Demonstrated experience of leading teams where you have been responsible for service delivery, performance and operational management
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
