Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
Our client is a leading organisation that works tirelessly to help women and children who have been affected by Domestic Violence. They are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Violence Case Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of victims and their families
- Developing and implementing case plans for clients
- Providing crisis intervention and ongoing support
- Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders
- Advocating for the rights of victims and their families
- Providing information and education to clients and the community
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Previous experience in Case Management, particularly in Domestic Violence
- Qualification in Community Services or a relevant field
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
