As a Case Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of women, both with and without children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will play a crucial role in providing safe and secure crisis and transitional accommodation, as well as outreach support, while offering comprehensive case management to address their diverse health and social needs.

As a Case Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of women, both with and without children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will play a crucial role in providing safe and secure crisis and transitional accommodation, as well as outreach support, while offering comprehensive case management to address their diverse health and social needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Health, or Psychology, or a relevant diploma in fields such as Community Services, AOD, or Mental Health.
- Registration with the ACT Working with Vulnerable People and a satisfactory National Police Check.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive.
- 3+ years of sector experience (with a Bachelor's qualification) or 5+ years of relevant sector experience (with a Diploma qualification).
- Previous experience working with homeless women with complex needs, including alcohol and drug dependencies, mental health concerns, sexual assault, domestic violence, incarceration, and women from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to work effectively with challenging behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
