Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum
Our client is a not-for-profit Aged Care and Disability Services provider based in Northern Sydney, dedicated to enriching the lives of their clients and supporting them to live their best lives while maintaining independence at home. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their dynamic Care team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and accept client bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Accurately enter shifts and changes into the database
- Engage the right number of people with the right skillset and qualifications to work at the right time and location
- Respond rapidly to reschedule cover of unplanned staff availability
- Juggle multiple rosters with a calm disposition
- Liaise with clients, carers, and staff
- Experience in rostering/scheduling
- A positive and adaptable attitude in a changing environment
- The ability to cope with short-term deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Initiative and highly organised skills
- The agility to build quality relationships quickly
- Desirable experience in community, health, and aged care sectors
- Strong and effective communication skills
- A high level of computer skills and knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to gain a National Police Check
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children, COVID 19 vaccination (including booster) and undertaking a National police checks
