This role will involve;
As Engagement Support Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and raising the profile of a leader company in  Home Care Packages programs to the communities and potential stakeholders. In this role, you will also:
  • Promote Home Care Packages as a flexible, consumer-directed program that assists their clients to stay at home as long as possible and meet their care needs – including outbound calls, inbound queries etc.
  • Develop and demonstrate extensive knowledge of our client services
  • Answering and follow up on all enquiries from prospective Home Care Packages clients and their families to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders
The requirements for this role include;
  • Advanced customer service skills (written and verbal)
  • Thorough understanding of the fees and charges applicable to Home Care Packages
  • Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, community services, nursing, allied health, disability or related fields.
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
