Your Journey: Key Responsibilities
  • Master the art of scheduling, ensuring precise and timely client bookings.
  • Seamlessly input shifts and updates into the database.
  • Assemble a dream team of skilled and qualified professionals, precisely matching them with the right time and location.
  • Swiftly adapt to unexpected staffing changes and reschedule with finesse.
  • Juggle multiple rosters with a cool and collected demeanor.
  • Be the vital link between clients, carers, and staff, fostering strong connections.
  • Maintain optimal care arrangements for clients.
Your Toolkit: The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in care coordination and rostering/scheduling.
  • An adaptable, can-do attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to navigate short-term deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Initiative and top-notch organizational skills.
  • A knack for building quality relationships at lightning speed.
  • Desirable background in community, health, and aged care sectors.
  • Exceptional communication prowess.
  • Have very strong Administration experience and are Tech Savvy!
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Versatility to work independently and harmoniously within a team.
  • Eligibility to obtain a National Police Check.

  • Certain probity checks are mandatory, including a valid working with children check, COVID-19 vaccination and a National police check.
