Senior Executive Assistant

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
Our Client, a leading not for profit organisation providing comprehensive support services that cater to the needs of children, youth, families, individuals with disabilities, aging population, and caregivers, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant.
As a high performing and experienced Executive Assistant, you will support to our Chief Executive Officer to enable the delivery of strategic and operational organisational objectives. Whilst leading the EA team to maximise performance and efficiency.

As a high performing and experienced Executive Assistant, you will support to our Chief Executive Officer to enable the delivery of strategic and operational organisational objectives. Whilst leading the EA team to maximise performance and efficiency.
This role will involve;
- Provide proactive and high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing their schedule, meetings, travel, and projects.
- Coordinate executive meetings and act as the secretariat, ensuring efficient communication and documentation.
- Act as the primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders, managing requests and ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain efficient information management systems and coordinate probity checks for the CEO and designated executives.
- Provide leadership to the executive assistant team to ensure high performance and support internal communication flows.
- Proven Senior Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite executives.
- Pro-active, goal-oriented, and exceptionally detail-oriented personality.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask on various projects of different sizes and complexities.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with government and NGO structures, processes, and cultures is desirable.
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
