Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
Join our clients team as an NDIS Plan Manager! We are seeking an experienced candidate with a deep understanding of the NDIS system to manage client referrals, payments and provide exceptional support to our participants. As our trusted NDIS Plan Manager, you will assist participants with their plan and budget-related queries.

This role will involve;
- Manage day-to-day queries from new prospects and participants, including intake and induction of new participants
- Assist participants with NDIS plan and budget-related queries
- Help participants understand their plans and allocated budgets
- Assist the payment team with discrepancies and missing information on outstanding claims/invoices
- Liaise with service providers and the NDIA to resolve plan and invoice issues
- Obtain and maintain evidence to support auditing of funded supports
- Provide advice and information to participants about mainstream and government services to help them achieve their goals outside of the NDIS
- Assist participants to budget and monitor their plan, as well as follow up on queries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS through self-education and research
- Perform general administrative duties
- Process NDIS payments
- Match claims
- Demonstrated experience in the NDIS space, with a strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines (including NDIS Pricing Arrangements and operational guides)
- Ability to work independently, think innovatively and proactively, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment
- Proven experience in building relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders, including representing the organization in community settings
- Ability to think quickly, learn fast, and be great with numbers
- Passion for helping people build capacity, live a good life, and achieve their goals
- Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (particularly Excel & Outlook)
- Previous CRM experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role is essential.
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
