Executive Assistant

Location: Sydney
Area: CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Our Client, a leading NFP organisation, is currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team based in Bondi.
  
This role will involve;

  • To provide high level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ensuring smooth running of the office of the CEO at all times;
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, proactively determining significance and managing distribution;
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders;
  • Schedule all meetings and booking meeting rooms;
  • Coordinate diary meetings with the Senior Management Team and CEO;
  • Coordinate all travel, accommodation and itineraries for the CEO;
  • Develop processes to ensure the effective management of information and data;
  • Maintain all documentation and accurate records as required;
  • Active participate in the training and education programs for professional development of staff
  • Adhere to HR policies with regards to workplace behaviour
  • Coordination of tasks, functions and follow-up with internal and external parties.
The requirements for this role include;
  • Qualifications in Business Administration and/or equivalent qualifications and experience;
  • Excellent organisation, administration, time management and prioritisation skills:
  • Ability to be proactive, adaptable, assertive and work well under pressure or within tight time frames;
  • Experience in preparing executive documentation including meeting minutes, Board packs, reports and presentations;
  • Experience in dealing with confidential information, and demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish friendly and professional rapport with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
