Administrative Officer | Western Sydney

Location: Sydney
Area: Parramatta & Western Suburbs

Salary: $30 - $35 per annum

abrs are currently working with the Dept. of Communities and Justice who are looking for an experienced administrator in Western Sydney.  This position is  for someone well versed in administrative services and has the ability negotiating workable timeframes, compete with client demands and can work independently.

The role:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit.
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems.
  • Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance,

In order to be considered for this role you will;
  • Be available to start ASAP
  • Have demonstrated administrative skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and good report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and work autonomously 
  • Be available for full time hours over the next 2-3 months
Additional info :

This is a 2-3 month contract position where you will be paid weekly
You will get support from an experienced and approachable manager 
Work hours : 35 hours/week
