Admin Assistant

Location: Sydney
Area: North Shore & Northern Beaches
Worktype: Full Time
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading aged care provider, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant/Data Entry. We are committed to providing community services in a fair, equitable, and inclusive manner to all eligible residents within the local area. Our range of services supports individuals to remain living at home independently.

The key tasks include:
  • Assisting in the development and management of our incident management system
  • Maintaining register systems and processes
  • Data entry with an excellent attention to detail.
The role includes but is not limited to:
  • Assist in the management of incidents reporting into the organization's incident management system and to the Aged Care Quality Commission, as applicable
  • Monitor incoming incidents affecting the safety and well-being of clients to ensure high-risk or complex incidents are escalated and dealt with expeditiously
  • Maintaining registers and actively participating in an environment that encourages learning and information sharing
The key selection criteria include:
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, use initiative, and establish priorities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to learn new computer systems
  • Established ability to work collaboratively and independently, with both supervision and without
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Preferred skills include:
  • Experience in a reportable incidents environment
  • A well-developed understanding of processes designed to manage incidents affecting the safety and well-being of participants
  • Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children, NDIS Screening check, COVID 19 vaccination including booster and undertaking a National police checks.
